great location but dated room
The location is fantastic, perfect for beach lovers and walkers along the promenade. The reception team, especially Noelia and Begoña, offered exceptional service with professionalism and warm smiles. The restaurant Idé provided a calm atmosphere with great dishes, adding a delightful experience to our stay.
The Standard Room felt a bit outdated compared to the rest of the facilities.

The hotel is just steps from a spectacular beach, making it ideal for quick dips in the sea or leisurely walks along the shore. The Premium Room with a sea view provided an excellent backdrop to unwind after a long day, coupled with spacious accommodations that allowed for comfort and a decent setup for relaxation.
The glass bathroom door was a nuisance. it let too much light into the bedroom when used at night, disturbing rest. The lack of clear communication about the restaurant's operating hours caused some confusion, particularly regarding late room service—trying to order only to find it was already closed was frustrating. parking fees were steep, averaging around €18-€20 per day, and getting into the parking garage felt unnecessarily complicated—definitely not user-friendly. Lastly, while the breakfast offerings were varied, the quality seemed inconsistent, with some hot foods served lukewarm, which could bite into the morning experience a bit.

Fantastic location right across from the beach, perfect for sunbathing and evening strolls. The room had a lovely sea view, making mornings brighter. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many choices that kept everyone satisfied. Hammering started early, disrupting the peaceful vibe I was hoping for. Only one elevator was functioning, making it a bit challenging to get to my room on the upper floors, especially during busy hours. The chaotic atmosphere at breakfast due to service staff restocking was also off-putting, often interrupting the relaxing meal. Despite these issues, the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Noelia and Begoña who always had a smile and were eager to assist.
